1. EvenFlow’s role in the sale

EvenFlow is a technical ticketing and event-management platform. For every event the seller is **the organizer**, never EvenFlow: the organizer defines the event, its prices, its access and cancellation conditions, and is responsible for holding it. EvenFlow provides the tooling, collects payment on the organizer’s behalf through its payment partners, and remits the proceeds.

2. Account and eligibility

Opening an account requires a valid email address and sign-up through NetSun Hub. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account. Agent accounts are created by the organizer for their teams and remain under the organizer’s responsibility.

Access to the platform is restricted to people aged 16 or over.

3. Ticket purchase, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the event’s currency, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment takes place on the chosen gateway’s secure page; EvenFlow stores no card data.

An order left unpaid past the allotted time expires automatically and the held seats return to sale.

A ticket is valid only once payment is confirmed. It is then sent to the address provided, together with an access code that lets you retrieve it and display its QR.

Each ticket QR admits one entry only. Any reproduction, unauthorised resale or forgery attempt voids the ticket without refund.

4. Commission and remittance

EvenFlow charges a 5% commission on each collection, plus the payment gateway’s own fees. These amounts are computed and logged at transaction time and visible to the organizer in their console. The balance is remitted to the organizer under the terms of their subscription.

5. Cancellation, postponement and refunds

Cancellation conditions are set by the organizer and shown on the event page. Where the organizer allows it, self-service cancellation is available from the ticket page.

If the organizer cancels or postpones, they are responsible for refunding or reissuing tickets. EvenFlow provides the technical means of refund and returns its commission on refunded amounts.

6. Organizer and exhibitor obligations

The organizer warrants that they are entitled to hold the published event, to collect the corresponding amounts, and to meet the tax and reporting obligations of their country. They alone are responsible for the content they publish and for running their event.

Exhibitors warrant the lawfulness of the products and services they present, and use contact details obtained by badge scan only within the consent given by the attendee.

Publishing unlawful, misleading or infringing content is prohibited. EvenFlow may suspend a manifestly non-compliant event or account without notice.

7. Cashless payment

Funds loaded onto a cashless wristband are usable at the points of sale of the relevant event, and that event only. Remaining balance is refundable under the conditions announced by the organizer. A lost wristband must be reported so it can be blocked immediately.

8. Service availability

EvenFlow strives for service continuity without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Access control works offline so it does not depend on venue connectivity. Outages of third-party services (payment gateways, messaging) engage EvenFlow’s liability only up to the amounts actually received for the service concerned.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand and its software components remain the property of NetSun Global. Content published by an organizer or exhibitor remains theirs; they grant EvenFlow the right to display it as part of operating the service.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

These terms may change; the version that applies is the one in force at the time of the order. They are governed by the law of the publisher’s country of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact: support@evenflow.netsun.pro.
